Position Summary: Busy theatre department comprising of 11 theatres and 3 cath labs covering a broad range of specialities requires enthusiastic and motivated Theatre Practitioner to join the theatre team.

You must possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be a good team player. A flexible approach to working patterns is essential and you will be expected to take part in the department's shift and on-call rotas on a regular basis.
General
Responsibility:

To assist the Theatre Modern Matron with the effective management of all human, financial and technical resources. To provide a professional service and positive team leadership, promoting and safeguarding the well being and interests of all patients and operating theatre personnel. Deputising for Theatre Modern Matron in his/her absence.
Requirements * Registered Nurse Level 1
* Registered ODP HPC or equivalent
* 5 years + theatre experience
* Mentorship qualification desirable but not essential
* Broad background knowledge and experience
* Sound experience of Urology essential
* Experience in Gynae, General and Orthopaedics desireable
