Position Summary: To assess, plan, deliver and implement a high standard of nursing care, for the neurosurgical complex spinal and neuromedical patient.
General
Responsibility:

•Responding to individual needs
•To provide management and leadership to all staff in the absence of the Sister Matron
•Mentorship or specialist course a necessity
•Demonstrate excellent nursing practice and be a role model and resource for junior staff
Requirements  Registered nurse level 1
 NMC Registration
 Mentorship certificate
 ENB 148 or equivalent neurosurgical course
