Requirements *Needs to be physically fit, should hold necessary qualifications and have suitable experience.
*Clean, smart in appearance
*Good command of English is imperative.
*The ability to do any other duties as designated by the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Hotel Services Manager.
* Food hygiene NVQ level 2 or above. Able to work in their own sections on their own initiative, to be able to work in a pressurised environment.
*to maintain high standards of health and hygiene.
