Position Summary:	•To demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and to be accountable for own actions •Assist in rganization of clinics to ensure smooth, efficient operations •Assist in nurse-led clinics •Ensure patients privacy and confidentiality •Chaperoning and assisting medical staff •Carry out observations, investigations and treatments as required, including phlebotomy and ECG reading. •Ensure equipment is in good working order •To maintain accurate records of patient care •Organise tests and appointments both within and outside the hospital •Provide patients and families with information regarding the management of their condition •Ensure correct labeling and transport of specimens •Maintain stock levels of supplies/equipment •Administrative duties as required •To carry out nursing duties as requested by senior staff
General Responsibility:	Supervise clinics, Phlebotomy and ECG skills, monitor stock levels and capture revenue, mentor junior staff, maintain customer relations.
Requirements	Enthusiastic, motivated staff member required. Should have phlebotomy and cannulation skills. Godd relationship skills and interest in developing role. Good relationship skills and interest in developing role. Good organiser with initiative and keenness to work Lead in clinical and operational management of clinics. Good understanding of budgets/cost control. Excellent team player.
